In the policy page, all of the categories (AE,BL,WL,FL) should be collapsed in their own section by default, and the user can expand the categories that they’re looking for. This could also be done in the rules page.
In addition, when expanded, the categories should just be a windowed list, not actually scrolling the whole page, just the list. That way, the webpage doesn’t become a few hundred feet long. Getting to the top to reach another part of the dashboard becomes a chore when the rules in a policy are so numerous.
