This update contains some bug fixes and an improvement to loading static DHCP leases in device discovery.
- Fixed another connectivity related issue.
- Improved behaviour to (re-)establish connection only when necessary.
- Added support for parsing static ISC dhcpd leases file.
- Added DNS question type to mytools.management log.
