This started happening I would guess 2 weeks ago, all the unblock request are being sent to the network administrator. Is this normal ?
Before this issue , it would get scanned first by your Robot, then if he couldnt decide he would send it to the network admin

Hey Chris, it appears that on your Dashboard you don’t have Adaptive allow listing enabled where you assign an allow list that domains should automatically be placed into.
