So I notice when a domain is requested for unblock, it sometimes immediately goes to the unblock requests, and in there it says processing. After it’s done process processing it gets rejected if not appropriate. Is this a new behavior? What type of flow is that? Would that be a domain categorized under admin review?
When an unblock request is sent our tools need to run some checks on the domain. This includes the category of the domain, any other domains the site depends on, and the dependencies of those sites.
The “processing” stage means our tools are still running on it. It usually finishes within a couple of minutes, although sometimes it can take longer, especially if a site is slow. Depending on the results it can either be allowed, rejected, or left for admin review.
If we already have current data on the site you may not see the processing stage at all.
