Is there a way to backup my AdamOne settings and to restore it if I need to?

Your adam:ONE settings are in the cloud not on the device. So if you wipe and re-install the router none of that will be lost.
Your local settings including what network interfaces adam:ONE listens on is included in your pfSense backup which you can do under Diagnostics / Backup & Restore
