I’ve had issues with Wi-Fi network connectivity with my Asus AC68U for devices running the Basic Blacklist setting unless I am very close to my router.
I’ve wondered if my router was being outcompeted by other nearby networks but checked the connectivity with my router, and it always shows as much more powerful than any other nearby signal sources. I then decided to try switching my device from Basic Blacklist to Unfiltered and suddenly my internet works perfectly fine. Previously, I couldn’t open a simple web page but got the message from the browser indicating a connection failure. Any thoughts on what might be the issue?
Here are my settings of my Basic Blacklist option. I haven’t touched it at all.
