Hi I was just wondering what the Blacklist Turbo feature is and how one would use it?

Hi welcome the forum. In our Dashboard the rule that does this is called Optimize Downloads and Streaming. Essentially it causes content delivery networks used by streaming services and companies like Apple and Microsoft to be routed directly via the ISP instead of via the filtering service making those connections faster.
