I am battling with the new firewall we have installed. Some sites that have been added to the allow list work fine, but others do not allow me to go further than the Home screen. what am I doing wrong?
Can you provide some examples? Maybe even some screenshots?
This could be because sites often require other domains as dependencies.
The best way to solve this is to watch the live log for the device you are using to access these domains and see whether any more domains are needed for whichever website you try to visit.
If you have “Requests Unblock” enabled for the policy you are behind, you can click the “paper airplane” icon next to the blocked domain to request an unblock.

Also you may want to whitelist the top level domain and then make sure you have checked the box to include subdomains.
