When replacing an adam:ONE router, your dashboard will go offline until it’s reconnected to the new Box ID. Your account and preferences are not impacted providing you just replace your network’s previous Box ID as follows:
- Log into your dashboard (dashboard.adamnet.works), then click on:
→ Billing Settings
→ Change Networks
→ Edit (do NOT click the trashcan icon)
→ Remove the old Box ID by clicking the NO Ø symbol
→ + Add Box → Enter your new Box ID
→ Review your changes → Save
→ Review your changes → Continue
→ Review or modify your billing settings → Continue
→ Review your billing summary → Save
When the gateway of the new Box ID is connected and online, the top left corner of the dashboard will show “Status: Online.” Wait a minute or two for the new Box ID to register and then refresh your page to validate.
