The popular DNS recursive resolver, 1.1.1.3 known as Cloudflare for Families is currently down. If you are using this as your primary DNS resolver you may want to switch to 9.9.9.9 (Quad9) or some other service temporarily.

Incidentally this also applies to the rest of Cloudflare, ie 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1/1.1.1.2/1.0.0.2 and also 1.0.0.3
The incident details have been posted to Cloudflare Status - Issues with 1.1.1.1 public resolver in Lisbon and Toronto as well now.
