Contact support to request changes to this list


In the “my rules” tab I’m unable to edit one of my block list. It’s prompts me to contact support in order to to make changes to the list. I would like to manually edit this list myself without having to contact support. Can I get assistance with this request ?

Hi Koan,

This happens if your list grows too large to manage well in a browser. To allow you to continue to manage it yourself, this list will need to be split into 2 separate lists.

Here is what you need to do.

  1. Create 2 or more new lists based off of this large list. Make sure each list is under 50,000 domains, otherwise you will not be able to edit it.
  2. Activate these new lists on all desired policies.
  3. Deactivate the old list on all policies.
  4. Once this is done, send a message to and request that we delete the original list. You will need to send us your box ID and the name of the list to delete.
