Yes David, if this is a Microsoft guy, why is he using gmail? I have heard Microsoft bought Outlook. The numbers 22121 MAY be a tracing number or tracking number for his gmail address. ???
Next thing, " source from our ministry of commerce & industry CONTRACT listing."
He for sure would not have gmail. #3, “mutually beneficial proposal.” He is definetly asking for money. #4, he has no company name or phone number.
David, see if you can track or trace an email the way I think, what this might be.
