Email notifications when the Box goes offline and comes back up online is a necessary feature. It took me about a month to realise that my Box is offline. Also Webhook/Email alerts when any specific event (such as Device IP change, Policy Change, Device Added, Device removed etc.) or when any specific domain is being accessed would be a great feature.

Email alerts with identifying details would be extremely helpful, we had an alert an hour before our team came online this morning, and no clue what box went offline. All systems were active and all devices behind stayed online, so there is no indications from Adam or other dashboards what device went down. We can’t see uptime in Adam Dashboard so we are blind on what device is / might be intermittently failing.
