I am still on the Essentials plan @ $79.99/year. I was looking at the current plans for adam:ONE and the Home plan is $9.99/month. The billing section in the dashboard says that I am on a legacy plan and that I should contact support to switch to a current plan.
DNSharmony plans (Community, Home, and Professional).
adam:ONE plans (ZTc SMB, ZTc Enterprise).
DTTS is included in the adam:ONE plans and DNSharmony Pro.
The legacy Essentials plan currently includes more features than the DNSharmony Home plan, so you would not have a reason to switch from the legacy essentials to DNSharmony Home.
I’m in the same situation as the OP and approaching the end of my annual contract. Would you please provide a list of the features in Essentials that are missing in Home, and vice versa if they exist.
I looked at that chart before I replied. Essentials, reasonably, is not included. As roger posted that Essentials includes features that are not in Home, it appears reasonable to me to ask “What are those no-longer-included features?”
I suspect that after reading the list I’ll say “No problem!” to myself, but due diligence says I should ask.
BTW, I would be interested in an option that isn’t a 10X cost increase. For 2 people I just can’t consider the current 10X jump, regardless of how much I’d like to have DTTS.
