Is there a way to create groups and add devices to the group in the devices tab? Tghis will make it easier to assign policies
We do not specifically have device groups, but we do have tags which should help you with accomplishing your goals. On the Devices page you can click on the Tags tab to create or rename tags. You can then assign them to devices either individually or by selecting multiple.
After you have tagged devices, you can click on the tag filters to show all devices with the tag. You can then select them all and batch edit them to apply them to a policy.
