This article applies if you meet the following criteria:
- You run version 4+ (anmuscle)
- You run OpenVPN with clients routing all traffic through adam:ONE®
Symptom
mytools.management does not resolve for OpenVPN clients
Cause
The adam:ONE™ anmuscle.conf configuration file is missing one or more parameters.
Solution
Ensure that your adam:ONE™ configuration file (/usr/local/etc/adamone/anmuscle.conf) has these two parameters:
http-fallback-interface=[your_interface_name]
http-fallback-always-match
In most cases, the first line item will be present, but the second one may be missing. Once your configuration file includes the second line, also restart your service.
