Option to set the default selection to DESSELECT ALL on devices page and make the select options display in multipe columns too?

Is it possible to set an option to not display anything as default in Devices page?

Also, a multi-column view of the select options can help us users quickly see and set policies more efficient as in the image below:

Excellent idea. It sometimes take a bit too load everything depending on the number of policies.
