If you factory reset a router running adam:ONE® (including ASUS flash drive replacement), you will need to reauthorize it on the Dashboard otherwise it will not come online.
Symptoms
- Router shows as offline in the Dashboard even though it has an Internet connection
- You just recently did a factory reset or some other configuration reset on the router
Resolution
- Go to the Router page on the Dashboard
- Click the three dots to select the Reauthorize button
- If your router does not come online within a minute, reboot it
