Whitelist Blocking All Internet Access

I recently had to reinstall Adam:One to my Asus AC1900 (AC68U) as it was behaving in a glitchy manner preventing internet access from whitelists.. However, even since the reinstall, whenever I activate the whitelist, it cuts off all internet. I don’t even get the pages where you can request access to a specific domain. I get notifications like ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED, ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR, and ERR_FAILED. The device I am trying to apply the whitelist policy to is directly wired into my router. I had originally thought it was an interaction with Covenant Eyes, but the errors continue even when Covenant Eyes is uninstalled.

Hi @Silvertip , thanks for reaching out.

Can you still access http://mytools.management when connected behind your ASUS router?

If yes, can you provide us the muscle version you are seeing? If not, using another internet source, can you access your dashboard (dashboard.adamnet.works), click on the Router menu and provide us the muscle version from there?

Thanks.

Hi @Bill, I can access the mytools.management interface when the whitelist in on. The muscle version is 4.16.1-15.

Okay, we don’t have any reported issues on that version. Are you able to open a ticket via support@adamnet.works so we can investigate further? Thanks.
